Had issue with my order at first and it took little while to hear back, which was a bit frustrating. But they did eventually fix it and explained what had happened. Not perfect experience, but fair enough in the end. I’d probably use them again, just hoping support is bit quicker next time.

The arena just wasn’t a good experience for me. The atmosphere felt flat and kind of dead, and some areas were way too dark while others were just loud in an annoying way. It also felt cramped and messy, like things weren’t really being looked after properly. On top of that, the way the crowd and setup seemed to be handled felt careless, which made the whole vibe even worse. I really didn’t enjoy it

I thought it was fun overall, especially for teens. You can definitely enjoy it as an adult too, but it does get kinda loud after a while.

We came here for a birthday with a group, and the actual game was fun enough once we finally got going. So, credit where it’s due, they did manage to make the best part enjoyable. But the whole check-in/setup felt really messy. We spent a lot of time just standing around, and the staff didn’t seem totally sure what was supposed to happen next. It wasn’t a disaster, just definitely not as smooth as you’d hope for a group event

I checked it out because my son was excited about going, but I couldn’t tell if it was a good fit for younger kids. The website didn’t give me enough of the details I was looking for as a parent, like what ages it’s really aimed at or what the setup is like.
Maybe it’s totally fine for older kids or teens, but I felt like I was missing too much context to feel comfortable booking. For little ones, I’d rather have clearer info and a bit more reassurance first.

Overall, the place was clean and fine for a visit. I did notice a few tables and spots on the floor that could’ve used some extra attention, especially since it seemed a bit busy. Nothing that would make me avoid going back, but if you’re stopping in during peak hours, just know it might not be perfectly tidied up. A little more regular cleanup would make a big difference

Check-in took way longer than it should have, and I felt like I was being passed around instead of just getting helped. It was annoying after a long day

Played a couple games with friends and it was fun, like we were laughing and running around and not taking it too seriously, which probably helped. The vest did its job, but I did notice it sitting kind of bulky on my shoulders after a while, not painfully or anything, just one of those things you keep adjusting without really thinking about it.

The phaser was actually more comfortable than I expected. Easy to hold, not too heavy, and it felt fine during the games. The trigger was okay too, nothing super impressive or fancy, but it worked and I didn’t have to fight with it, which is really all I wanted in the moment.
Overall, it worked and we had a good time, so I can’t really complain too much. I just wish the gear felt a little better, especially the vest, because that’s the part I kept noticing. Not bad at all, just kind of average for me

I could tell pretty much immediately the staff wasn’t in a great mood. They seemed annoyed, barely cracked a smile, and the whole place just didn’t feel very welcoming.

We still had a decent time and the kids had fun, but the snack bar was dissapointing. The pizza tasted kind of stale and the drinks were flat, which was a bummer. Hope they can improve that part a bit.

We booked a private party here and it was okay overall, just not as smooth as I expected. The staff did get us checked in, but the beginning felt kind of scattered and we were standing around longer than planned. I’m always a little wary when places make everything sound super seamless in their descriptions, because in real life it definitely didn’t feel that polished.
Once the games got going, the kids had a good time, which was the main thing. The party room was basic, but clean enough and did the job. I wouldn’t say it was bad, but for the price I really wish the communication had been clearer and less like generic company talk.
